Q. Is there a benefit for club users on shipping cost?

A. Yes, Club users will get the benefit of shipping cost savings. Minimum order value for non-club users to get free shipping is Rs. 699. For 3 Months club users, it is reduced to Rs. 499, which means that shipping is free for the order value between Rs. 499 and Rs. 699(direct savings of Rs.50). Whereas, for 6 Months & 12 Months club users, shipping is completely free.

Q. Will the additional COD charges be applicable for club users?

A. FirstCry applies COD charges on some orders due to the additional cost/risk involved in delivering COD orders on some pincodes. These charges will be applicable for club orders as well. There won’t be any concession for club users on COD charges.

A. FirstCry charges additional convenience charges on some orders due to the higher cost of shipping specific products. These charges will be applicable for the eligible club orders as well, without any concession.

A. No such benefit is available at present. Delivery time for a club and non-club member remains the same across India.

A. No, the min. amount to place an order remains the same for both Club & non-Club users-i.e. Rs. 99 (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer).
